To strengthen the future of homecare through education, caregiver support, workforce development, scholarships, advocacy, and community outreach — so that every family can age with dignity at home.

Our Programs
Eight programs designed to strengthen every dimension of homecare on Long Island’s East End.
Scholarships
Awards for CNA & HHA certification and degree programs, open to East End residents.
Caregiver Training
CNA & home health aide prep, continuing education taught by experienced clinicians.
Educational Workshops
Family caregiving fundamentals, fall prevention, home safety, and memory loss support.
Community Outreach
Senior wellness screenings, partnerships with faith & civic groups, food & essentials drives.
Research
Local caregiver workforce studies and best-practice care guidelines shared with partners.
Advocacy
Policy education, caregiver workforce advocacy, and community awareness campaigns.
Volunteer Programs
Friendly visiting, event support, and skills-based volunteering opportunities.
Emergency Assistance
Short-term care funding, connection to local services, and guidance through a crisis.
