The Shelter Island Homecare Foundation is proud to announce the award of 24 scholarships to East End residents pursuing careers in homecare. This year’s recipients include aspiring certified nurse aides, home health aides, and students enrolled in degree programs in healthcare and social work.
Each recipient receives financial support, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and job-placement guidance upon program completion.
Applications for the next cycle open in spring 2027.
